At Kikke Profumate, we want every purchase to be a pleasant experience.
All our products are handcrafted with great care for details and materials.
For this reason, each item is carefully checked before shipping.

However, if any issue arises, please read our return and refund policy carefully.

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods, without having to provide any reason.

The right of withdrawal applies exclusively to products that are intact, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Products Excluded from Return

For hygienic and safety reasons, as well as to preserve fragrance integrity, it is not possible to return opened or used products.
The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal:

  • Customized products made upon customer request

  • Made-to-measure items

  • Fragrance diffusers, scented sachets, or perfumes that have been opened or removed from their sealed packaging

Return Procedure

To request a return:

  1. Write to info@kikkeprofumate.it, specifying your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for our confirmation and instructions for return shipping.

  3. Ship the item at your own expense within 14 days from our authorization.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or damage during return transport.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and verify its integrity, we will process your refund within 14 working days.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Initial shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to defective goods or an error on our part.

Defective Product or Shipping Error

In case of defect or error, we will fully cover the costs of collection and replacement or refund.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, sending photos and a description of the issue.
