Courier

All shipments are handled by GLS 📦, a reliable and fast partner.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package at any time.

Delivery Times

  • Italy: 1–3 working days from pickup by the courier

  • Islands & remote areas: 2–4 working days
    (Delivery times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen logistical issues.)

Shipping Costs

  • Italy: €5.99, or free for all orders over €70

  • Any additional costs for international shipping will be calculated at checkout.

Order Preparation

Orders are prepared and handed over to the courier within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.
Every product is carefully packaged to protect both the fragrance and the integrity of the item.

Failed Delivery

If the courier cannot deliver, a second attempt will be made or a notice will be left.
We recommend double-checking your shipping details to avoid delays.

Delays or Issues

In case of delays, lost parcels, or damaged items, please contact us immediately at info@kikkeprofumate.it,  providing your order number and, if possible, photos of the package.
We will take care of handling the issue with GLS to resolve it as quickly as possible.
