All our items are handmade in Italy using natural materials and high-quality fragrances.
Small variations in color, shape, or fragrance intensity are normal and represent intrinsic characteristics of artisanal craftsmanship, not defects.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
Any applicable shipping costs are calculated and displayed before order confirmation.
Payment must be made using one of the methods indicated on the website at the time of purchase.
4. Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of the products purchased and shipping details.
We reserve the right to refuse an order in the event of product unavailability, invalid payment details, or suspected fraud.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship throughout Italy (and to other countries if indicated on the website).
Delivery times are estimated and not binding; any delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim compensation.
In case of failure to collect or refusal of the goods, return shipping costs will be charged to the customer.
